Binance referral system8/26/2023 ![]() ![]() You traded BTC for USDT, your 10% cashback will be credited in the form of BTC This can be viewed in your portfolio or under 'Commission fees shared with you' in your referrals tab. Oh, and obligatory 20% kickback referral link, because the referral game is a volume game and not one where one can really hold any expectation of any particular individual actually making you any money anyway.Do take note that this referral code is only for .ġ0%/10% cashback split -> Both of us get 10% from all your trade fees as a commission (This will be credited into your account in the currency you traded in.)Į.g. The real problem is ensuring that you ultimately have custody of your funds when shit goes down so you should never leave money sitting on exchanges that aren't there for some specific reason, not trying to prevent things that are you of your control anyway. Do you own a car? The VIN number and maintenance records are likely to be online. Do you live in Ohio, Texas, or Pennsylvania? Your electric bills are all online. Not this set of data, but for every scaremongeringly overwrought headline you read about a breach there's a ton more of breaches that are there but aren't deemed important enough to be reported. And yes, I've tried to get more detailed info through their undocumented front-end API and no, it will not show more than 30 days of what's ultimately still anonymous info.Īnd let's be real, your data's already out on the internet somewhere. Also, batches of trades come in at once, so not even the timing is necessarily correct. You can see the trade made and tradeID, but there's no way to refer to more details of that trade since there's literally no place for you to query it. It's a little hard to predict and also, because subaccounts and real accounts both show up as numbers, it's also not clear whether it's one person with 4 subaccounts or 4 actual people. However, it's also entirely possible for these 5-6 to earn you $2000-$3000 a month right there. The vast majority of the money comes from I'd say 5-6 out of a hundred or so. 40% of my referrals never even made one trade. You should also note that of course 1 or 2 referrals probably won't mean anything or earn you any money but that's true for any such program. Your own userid is on the dashboard page but that's not even the ID used to link your referral account to the referred user in the JSON. At this point you more or less need Binance itself to be breached for some sort of connection to be made plain because therea re a lot of different IDs - one for the Futures program, one for the pool, one for the spot, which are connected, but not shown together in the json requests, etc. This actually caused me some trouble since I keep track of my affiliate income by deduplicating entries from each export and one day suddenly everything was different and then it took 2 weeks for the export function that properly returns a report to go on line. Thoughts etc?Īctually they've Actually they've changed the system entirely so that it's all userId based an the userIDs don't seem to be, at least on the consumer end, connectable to any sort of email or anything. I don't know anyone I could trust, so I would be using a code from a random website, youtube channel or elsewhere. Is it safe? How is this managed to guarantee no leaks happen? So on Binance's system there is a link between your account and the person getting paid. So this means that somewhere it is logged that it was you that did that trade, along with the amount in order for the person to get paid as you generate said fees. If I use a referral code, as far as I understand, the person that generated the code gets paid 20% of the fee you paid on your trading fees. My question is: Can this be exploited against you? Since I haven't entered any verification details, I guess im safe to not get banned for using two accounts, and I can create a new one and enter a referral code. I just registered an account and realized that if you used a code during registration you get 20% discount on every maker/taker fee for life. ![]()
